Eating raw pomegranates is a great way to control your blood-sugar levels thanks to their high fiber content. And as you know, a control of our blood-sugar levels mean keeping fat absorption away. You get 150 calories per one cup of pomegranate arils, along with plenty of vitamine K, C, potassium and folate. 
I personally mix them up with my morning multigrain oatmeal.(Plus, all red fruits aid in fighting cellulite!)

There are foods we call “comfort foods.” But really, do you feel comfortable? They’re not comfort foods if you’re uncomfortable. So stop eating to feel better, because you know it doesn’t work.
